The scope of this Service Request is to resolve the issue with resetting the admin password, once a viable solution will be provided, or we determine the behavior is by design or caused by a third party application, we will consider this case ready to be archived.  If I've misunderstood the scope of this Service Request please let me know.

 

In order to proceed with the password reset, we need to perform a DNS verification.

 

Add this code: B32-@14-&71 as a TXT record to your domain registrar of av.co.il

 

Basically, where you bought the domain from, you should have an account, and if you click in DNS management -> add TXT record.
